1; STUDY IN CALM PLACE
this is my first tip when you feel you should study you must choose a calm place and start studying.it not only helps to improve your concentration but also improves your productivity.
2; MEDIATION
Mediation not only helps to improve our mental health but; also it maintains our physical wealth to a very much level. choose a calm place and take 5 minutes of time to relax your self. Do it at least 1 month to see visible results.
3; PLAY BRAIN GAMES
There are many Games that are available in the play store and app store which improves concentration level.
4; EAT A WELL BALANCED DIET
Nowadays everyone likes to eat junk food oily food etc. But they had to remember that they are harmful to their health. We must eat the food that comes truly from mother nature. A well-balanced Diet also is very important to improve our concentration.
5; AVOID LOOKING AT SMARTPHONE
Nowadays everyone will check notification while there are studying. this must not Done because it reduces our focus on studies and it tends to use the smart phone again and again.
