Depression is not an trait of anyone.A person feel Depressed when he/she cannot achieve their Goals,if they are failing continuously,life failure,love failure etc.These are some reasons where people Get Depressed easily,In this we need not to lose hope if we cannot archive our Goal means we not not keeping well effort on it,inturn we feel Guilty and Depressed.we should not Do like that we need to work out on our Goals one Day or other you will Get succeed in that.You should not Depressed rather you should work more hard.when we fail in love means that we are not failed in life.se need to work on our Goals in the journey we only can find a life partner.so we should never feel that we failed in our life.
Firstly,we should not feel so Guilty or upset for anything that is happening in our life.They are our opportunities they come to examine us rather failing inturn we need to catch that opportunity and get benefit of it.If we started frightening of that we cannot able ago accomplish any of that opportunity.So,we should not Give up never,we should try our level best in accomplishing our Goal.
There are some cases in which a person can automatically get into Depression mode when he had been Drunk,Due to consumption of alcohol and if he addicted to it he can feel Depressed.so we must be so far to alcohol and far more we should avoid consumption of alcohol.
we need to adopt to ayurvedic style to live peacefully.The only way we can archive peace is to Do these three below Given tips;

ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO FIGHT WITH DEPRESSION IS DOING MEDITATION ONCE A DAY. IT NOT ONLY HELPS TO DEVELOP OUR MENTAL HEALTH BUT ALSO IMPROVES OUR MINDSET. JUST MORNING 5 MINUTES MEDITATING IN A CALM AND DARK PLACE is recommended.
2; SPENDING TIME WITH OUR ELDERS
Nowadays WE NOT AT ALL SPEND TIME WITH OUR PARENTS AND ELDERS BUT FROM NOW WE SHOULD SPEND TIME WITH OUR ELDERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MUCH EXPERIENCE ABOUT LIFE AND THEY TELL US TRUTH OF LIFES.
