1;MORNING MEAL
At morning first we need to Drink a Glass of warm water or you can mix up honey to add some taste into it,You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder in that water.If you are Going to GYM you should Go ,or you must Do exercise in our home.After exercise we should eat 50 Grams of oats and we can add banana,honey,Grapes,pomogranate,and some other fruits of your wish.You can also add 5 to 8badams(almonds).
This is your morning session and breakfast.You can also include 5 to 6 egg whites if you are not a non vegetarian.If you want a auyurvedic Diet you can comment below in the comment section;
2; AFTERNOON MEAL
In this meal we include more proteins and carbs because it is the time where Digestion process is more than all other sessions.In this session we included rice or chapati with Dal or other curry.After completing your food you must Drink a Glass of lassi.You must include salad in your lunch.It is necessary as it provides much fresh nutrients.In salad you can add beetroot,cabbage,avacado, spinach,carrot, cucumber, and other fruits near by you.It Gives a boost to our immunity system.Some of the curries you can make are carrot fry,boiled potato's,sweet potatoes,panner,palak,beans,etc. are some my recommendations.
3; SNACK TIME
In this snack time you can include legumes, some roasted and unsalted peanuts,murmurs,etc.Do not include kurkure or another oily food that harms your Digestive system.Also you can eat a short recipe mentioned below;
RECIPE;Take an empty box add some 30 Grams of oats to it.place it as a layer now add peanut butter,milk,nuts, almonds,berries,curd and mix it well.Yours short and sweet recipe is ready you can eat it twice a Day.
4; PRE-WORKOUT MEAL
In this meal before you are To exercise you need some energy so to fulfil this energy you need to eat 6 to 8 boiled egg whites and you can also include whole wheat bread with peanut butter.You can also eat banana peanut butter roles and chapati peanut butter roles it also boost our energy and makes energetic before workout.You must Go to GYM or can even workout at home by using app called Home Workout which is available in play store.
5; POST WORKOUT MEAL
At this time you will be more tied and exhausted in energy.so we can to Gain back our energy so we need to Drink a protein shake you can use whey protein or protein x.But whey protein is recommended.And you can also add bananas into your meal.Alao you can include 6 to 8 egg whites in your meal.
6; DINNER
This is the time where our Digestion capability is less than other sessions.So our Diet must low.We only eat rice and curry.We should not eat curd at this time.
Before Going to bed we finish our Diet by Drinking milk.To make it more Delicious we can add asvagandha powder to it.It not only helps to improve our testestrone levels but also improves our facial Glow.
We should Drink at least 2 litres of water a Day.
Our Diet should consists of proteins,carbs,vitamins and minerals.Then only the potential of immunity becomes very high.Ayurvedic also proves that by maintain a balanced and satvik Diet we can be stay very far to Diseases.Satvik food is a fresh food which comes from our mother nature.Satvik food includes leafy vegetables,fresh fruits,milk,milk products etc.They are fresh and healthy because they are come from mother nature.By following the above Diet regularly you can also Gain weight and also boost your immune system and can safe ourselves from epidemic Diseases.The things mentioned in the above Daily Routine are very useful and can act as a booster to our immune system.
By consuming protein rich good we can Gain more weight and can also increase our immunity.Some of the protein rich good are egg whites,Nuts,Berries,Almonds etc.If you are a vegetarian you can also prefer panner.
