3; STOP NEGATIVE THINKING
When you stop negative thinking then automatically your overthinking will also reduces.To reduce negative thinking spend time in nature.You must attract to positive people and should leave people who behaves negative with you.
4; DO WHAT YOU LOVE THE MOST
Don't Go for any other field in which there is no interest in you. Do what you like. This will Divert your mind and fill you up with happiness. And a happy mind will not worry about silly things.
5; GO FOR A WALK
Actually walking is benefit for everyone.If we start spending in nature we can feel the negative waves are Disappearing and feeling that he/she surrounded with positive waves.This is the wonderful way thing which we can take from nature.Just Give it a try.
